Our free commuter vanpool services can keep you rolling smoothly every step of the way:

• Ridematching services... MetroPool consults with you about your commute, either over the phone at 1-800-FIND-RIDE or online. Then we match you to an existing Easy Street® NY vanpool or help you form a new vanpool. Simply provide basic information about your work hours, origin and destination of your commute trip, and you may be on your way to an instant ridematch!
• If a group of people at your company are interested in vanpooling, MetroPool will come to your worksite to:
  • Provide information on vehicle types and fares
  • Discuss liability-free insurance coverage
  • Explain our simple maintenance plan
  • Explain our "no hassle" licensing and registration procedures
  • Coordinate vanpool group formation
  • Train the driver and back-up driver
  • Discuss vanpool tips and etiquette
  • Facilitate choice of pick-up points and times
• MetroPool offers route planning and other assistance to Easy Street® NY vanpool groups and assists in finding new riders when necessary.
• Emergency Ride Home Program... Easy Street® NY includes a program that will get you home in case of an accident, illness, or family emergency. Riders are entitled to two free guaranteed rides home per year. Simply notify your vanpool driver of the unscheduled departure, then call the Easy Street® NY customer service number. The cost of the ride, including tip, is charged directly to MetroPool.
• In addition to a hotline for service, maintenance, roadside assistance and Emergency Rides Home, MetroPool offers a toll-free customer support hotline to assist in rider recruitment and resolution of any commuter issues that arise.
